Instructions for use and maintenance:
Store at -18 degrees Celsius or freezer.
Deep frying: fry the potatoes in oil at 175 oC for about 4-6 minutes until the potatoes are golden. Maximum 250g potatoes / 5 liters of oil.
Oven or griddle: preheat oven (10 min/200°C). Bake a layer of potatoes (about 250g) for about 15-20 minutes. After half of the time, turn over. Season with salt as required.
