Product Description

Ingredients: 100% Wheat

Directions for use: add noodles and 1 tablespoon salt to 5 liters of boiled water, cook for 8 minutes or according to taste.
Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life: 2 years from date of manufacture. NSX and HSD see P/E on product packaging

Processing:
Step 1: Boil water,
Step 2: When the water is sticky, Add salt and stir until the salt has dissolved in the water
Step 3: Add the noodles, and spread them evenly around the pot (note: do not press, compress or break the noodles from when you take them out until you put them in boiling water)
Step 4: Every 3 minutes, gently stir the noodles in a clockwise direction so that the noodles cook evenly and do not stick together (note: remember to see the cooking time of the noodles on the stamp for the noodles to cook at the right time)
Step 5: After the noodles are cooked, pour cold water into the noodles to cool down, help the noodles to firm up, create a chewier texture to make the noodles more delicious.
Step 6: Mix the noodles with a little oil to prevent the noodles from sticking
Step 7: Cook to your liking (Note: It will taste better when cooked with San Remo tomato sauce)
